Reservation by email

An email is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A reservation exists only after written confirmation. Group and private-event bookings may require agreed terms and a deposit.

Prices and payment

Published restaurant prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Final event prices appear in the written proposal. Additional items are payable at the venue.

Arrival and conduct

Tables are held for 15 minutes. Guests must behave lawfully and respectfully. Access may be refused for safety, age-verification, intoxication, harassment, fraud or responsible-play reasons.

Table games

Adult table games involve risk and do not guarantee a return. Separate house rules and responsible-play provisions apply. Nothing on this website is financial advice or encouragement to play beyond personal means.

Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, FrenchJackpotChef is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on general website content. English law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Events beyond reasonable control

Weather, transport disruption, utility failure, supplier interruption or official restrictions may require a change to opening hours, menu or event format. The house will communicate material changes and offer the remedies required by the confirmed terms and applicable law.

Complaints

Raise concerns promptly by emailing hello.com with the date and relevant facts. We aim to acknowledge the message and investigate fairly. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

The version applying to a booking is the version communicated or available when the booking was confirmed, unless a later change is required by law or expressly accepted by both parties.
