How do I request a table without a booking form?
Email hello@frenchjackpotchef.com with your preferred date, arrival time, guest count and any dietary needs. A request becomes a reservation only after written confirmation.
Can we visit only the restaurant?
Yes. The salon is separate and entirely optional. Dining guests are never required or pressured to participate in table games.
Can the kitchen accommodate allergies?
Tell us before booking. The team will explain which dishes can be adapted. Because the kitchen handles multiple allergens, absolute freedom from traces cannot be guaranteed.
Is a plant-led menu available?
Yes, with at least 48 hours’ notice. It follows the same number of courses and seasonal approach as the standard tasting menu.
Are guests under 18 welcome?
Younger guests may dine at suitable times with a responsible adult, but the table salon is strictly restricted to people aged 18 and over. Identification may be requested.
What table games are offered?
The salon presents roulette, hosted blackjack and private poker. Availability, permitted play and table limits depend on the confirmed evening and applicable house rules.
How do I arrange a private evening?
Email your date, group size, approximate budget and preferred format. The house desk will propose a room, menu, schedule, deposit and cancellation terms.
Is the building accessible?
Step-free entry and an accessible WC are available. Email ahead if you would like assistance prepared or need detailed measurements.
Can I set a limit or request self-exclusion?
Yes. Speak to a duty manager or email hello@frenchjackpotchef.com. You can request a break, marketing suppression or exclusion from the gaming area.
